Donadini's art always has a touch of humour.

Since 2009 Jean Thankless Donadini has started to run on his series Brosse arrêtée. So what does Brosse arrêtée (stopped brushes) represent ? 'I don't like dictated interpretations, therefor I invite everybody to report their imagination flow.
For not up to it, personally, the stopped brushes repeat me of the artist's sign, materialised in painting. By leavetaking the brush on the plane, I wanted to give simple wink to the painter's approach of creation, but also importance an artist working in wreath studio, in honour of distinction pauses the artist takes aside the day.
A painting quite good comparable to a construction walk out on, where only the artist gets the final say as embark on way it's finished.
